A woman was killed and another was hospitalized with moderate injuries following a two-vehicle crash involving an Amazon delivery van in Anaheim on Wednesday night, Oct. 26, authorities said.
Anaheim police were investigating whether the driver of a Toyota Prius ran a red light shortly before 8 p.m. at Dale and Orange avenues, Sgt. Shane Carringer said.
The delivery van broadsided the Prius, video from OnSceneTV shows.
The passenger in the Prius, a woman in her 60s, died at the hospital, Carringer said.
The driver of the Amazon delivery van had complaints of pain but declined to be taken to a hospital, Carringer said.
The exact cause of the crash was under investigation.
