Here are major construction project closures happening on Orange County’s freeways and toll roads between July 11 and July 17, according to the Orange County Transportation Authority, Caltrans and the Transportation Corridor Agencies.
5 Freeway
Northbound off-ramp to La Paz Road:
- 11 a.m. Friday, July 10, to 5 a.m. Monday, July 13
- 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. weeknights
- 11:59 p.m. Friday, July 17, to 5 a.m. Saturday, July 18
Northbound loop on-ramp from eastbound La Paz Road and northbound on-ramp from westbound La Paz Road:
- 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. weeknights
405 Freeway
Near Edwards Street:
- 10 p.m. Saturday, July 11, to 9 a.m. Sunday, July 12
Northbound loop on-ramp from northbound Beach Boulevard:
- Scheduled to close as early as 5 a.m. on Monday, July 13, for approximately one month
Northbound off-ramp to northbound Beach Boulevard:
- Scheduled to close as early as 10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, for approximately one month
Northbound off-ramp to Seal Beach Boulevard:
- Scheduled reopen on Wednesday, July 29
Northbound loop on-ramp from Goldenwest Street:
- Scheduled to reopen on Friday, Oct. 2
Southbound between Brookhurst and Euclid streets:
- Nightly closures ongoing for approximately two weeks
Southbound at Westminster Boulevard:
- Weeknights through Tuesday, July 14
Northbound loop off-ramp to Westminster Boulevard:
- Closed in April for approximately one year
OC Streetcar
Detours, temporary lane closures and parking restrictions are expected daily on Fairview Street, 5th Street, West Santa Ana Boulevard, Flower Street, Parton Street, Broadway, East Santa Ana Boulevard, French Street and Santiago Street.
