A 3.3 magnitude earthquake shook the area of Lake Elsinore and Lakeland Village on Sunday evening, Sept. 1.
The quake was recorded about 3.1 miles beneath the Earth’s surface at about 9:05 p.m., reports from the U.S. Geological Survey said. Its epicenter was just northeast of Lakeland Village, south of where the 15 and 74 Freeways meet in Lake Elsinore.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
