ANAHEIM >> A possible underground water main break led to the closure of two streets in Anaheim around 2:30 p.m., Monday, Dec. 25.
Canyon Vista was closed in both directions between Lilac Court and Larkwood until approximately 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 26, because water was coming to the surface of the street, said Sgt. Darin Wyatt of the Anaheim Police Department.
The water main break also led to a temporary closure of the southbound Larkwood lanes at Canyon Vista, but Larkwood was reopened about 4 p.m.
Anaheim Public Works was on scene working to fix the problem. Public Works also was assisting with any potential customers impacted by the break, he said.
