OCSD joins Halloween fun at CHOC Children's

Padding down the corridor and stopping at an inviting-looking table, a tiny Donatello stretched to his tiptoes to get a better look at the candy selection.
This trick-or-treating spot was the equivalent to that home on the block that skips the mini versions of the best chocolate bars and instead hands out the full-size ones.
Deputy Pete Chavez dumped not one, but two, adult-sized handfuls of candy into a Halloween-themed pillowcase candy bag that was nearly as big as the trick-or-treater soliciting sweets.
