ANAHEIM — A man was killed by a vehicle Thursday, Dec. 7, in a hit-and-run collision, police said.
Around 7:10 p.m. Anaheim police responded to the 2600 block of West Broadway Avenue where a man in his 30s had been struck by a vehicle, Sgt. Daron Wyatt, said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses described the vehicle that hit the man as a lifted blue Chevrolet pickup,Wyatt said. The driver of the vehicle fled and was not immediately located.
A SigAlert was ordered and Broadway was closed in both directions between Magnolia Avenue and Dale Street.
