The county is in the process of constructing a new access road and restoring a parking lot on county-owned land adjacent to Hangmans Tree Road and Santiago Canyon Road.
The work will replace infrastructure damaged during the 2010 and 2016 storm seasons. Construction will take place 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday through March 2018. Information: ocpublicworks.com
