A 28-year-old man was killed and another man wounded in a possible gang-related shooting in Anaheim early Saturday morning, Aug. 15, authorities said.
Anaheim officers responding to a shots-fired call found the men on Bellevue Drive just east of Citron Street at about 12:30 a.m., Sgt. Shane Carringer said.
Edwin Richard Ramirez-Hernandez of Anaheim was pronounced dead at the scene, Carringer said. A 27-year-old Anaheim man was taken to a hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
The circumstances leading up to the gunfire were not immediately known.
