A motorcyclist had potentially life-threatening injuries after colliding with a van in Anaheim on Tuesday night, police said.
The crash at Euclid Street and Medical Center Drive at 9:05 p.m. Dec. 26, closed the surrounding area as police investigated.

Anaheim Police Sgt. Daron Wyatt told a news photographer on scene that it appears the van was turning left on a green light to enter a parking lot when the motorcyclist drove northbound — possibly during a red light — before the two collided.
Wyatt said the motorcyclist was found unresponsive and the motorcyclist’s condition was not immediately known Wednesday morning. The motorcyclist’s age, name and gender were not provided.
Investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash on the part of the van driver.
Anyone who may have seen the crash is asked to call Orange County Crime Stoppers at 1-855-TIP-OCCS.
