A man in his 50s jumped to his death from a parking structure at Disneyland on Saturday, Dec. 3, Anaheim police said.
The man’s death was reported just before 9 p.m., said Sgt. Shane Carringer, a spokesman for the Anaheim Police Department.
The man fell from the Mickey & Friends parking structure, and his death was likely a suicide, police said. Park visitors said on Twitter that trams stopped running and they were asked to walk to their cars.
I am a tram driver at #Disneyland. It was so hard for us and everyone tonight. I am sorry for him and his family. I’m sorry to RT&P. No one deserves to see this but mental health is a real issue. Please check on your family.

A representative for the theme park did not respond to a request for comment, including any questions about parts of the park that may have been temporarily closed.
By Sunday morning, the Orange County coroner had collected the man’s remains.
