SANTA ANA – A 47-year-old Long Beach man was sentenced to 31 years to life in prison on Monday for sexually assaulting a female relative, including forcing the girl while 11 years old to perform a sex act on a ride at Disneyland.
Johnny Lawrence Johnson was convicted last month of four felony counts of lewd acts on a child younger than 14 and two felony counts of having sex with a child 10 or younger.
Deputy District Attorney Rick Zimmer said Johnson began molesting the girl beginning when she was nine years old. He was caught in 2015 when a Disneyland employee saw the victim, then 11, performing a sex act on Johnson on the Haunted Mansion ride.
