Laguna Beach police Emergency Operations Coordinator Jordan Villwock has been elected by his peers as chairman of the Orange County Emergency Management Organization in 2018.
The group consists of more than 120 Orange County agencies including county, cities, school districts and special districts. Its mission is to support county-wide efforts to prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters.
