When listed in December 2020, this mega-mansion on a 1-plus acre in Corona del Mar’s upscale Cameo Highlands neighborhood initially sought an asking price just shy of $33 million.

The price fell to $28 million in May.

Now the 12,977-square-foot contemporary-style spread that boasts five bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and an underground disco has resurfaced at $19.9 million.

The oceanview property remains readily equipped for living large. In the living room hides 60 subwoofers and retractable disco balls.

There’s a game room, home theater and backyard poolside cabana with a full kitchen onto a sitting room. The saltwater swimming pool with spa is accented by Ann Sachs tile.

Luxurious touches spread throughout the home, from the entry hall’s Baccarat chandelier, Italian lava rock flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The kitchen features marble counters, a built-in Miele coffee system and a Gaggenau combi-steam oven.

There’s a wet bar, gym and wine room.

The primary suite offers two walk-in closets connected by a spiral staircase on two different levels. One closet hides behind a door disguised as a bookshelf in the library.

Other perks include a sauna and a koi pond.

John Stanaland of Villa Real Estate holds the listing.
