An oceanfront Laguna Beach home linked to Diane Keaton is on the market for $8.495 million.
Records show the 76-year-old actress, whose Oscar-winning performance in “Annie Hall” is among her best-known roles, purchased the home through a trust for $6.6 million in October 2021. She listed it for $8.795 million in May and dropped the price by $300,000 to its current ask in June.
Completed in 1976, the four-bedroom, 2,700-square-foot house with three bathrooms steps down to Table Rock Beach. It’s two doors down from the Table Rock Condos.
Ocean, beach and bluff views abound from all areas of the house, with its all-white shaker siding and black trim exterior.
The front door opens to reveal a multilevel interior.
There’s an eat-in kitchen and great room combo under vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. Keaton’s black-and-white lighting collaboration with Perigold, as noted on CaliforniaListings.com, which reported the listing in May, can be found throughout.
New black brick fireplaces anchor the living area and primary suite, which boast floor-to-ceiling windows and doors onto ocean-facing decks.
Just off the kitchen is a dining deck.
There’s hideaway wine storage and a loft in the family room.
Andrew Gulyas of Destination Home Inc. holds the listing. He also runs a real estate development firm whose projects include Keaton’s historic adobe structure in Tucson, Ariz.—one of many homes she has bought, remodeled and listed for sale.
