More than 90 firefighters were at the scene by 9:40 p.m, according to the OCFA. The fire is in a two-story business complex.
The fires crews adopted a defensive posture, focusing on preventing the flames from spreading to adjacent buildings on either side of the complex, OCFA Capt. Larry Kurtz said. Firefighters are also keeping an eye out for embers blown by the windy weather, he added.
No injuries were reported.
The complex has 15 units, three of which are vacant, Kurtz said. The cause of the fire wasn’t immediately known.
