Not one but two homes built in 1960 by famed developer Joseph Eichler in the Fairhaven neighborhood of Orange are for sale.

The post-and-beam-style residences with open floor plans, glass walls and atriums are among the 350 Eichlers, split across three tracts, including Fairhills and Fairmeadow.

According to the listing, these historically designated homes qualify for Mills Act property tax savings.
