One person was found dead last week after firefighters extinguished a blaze at an auto repair shop in Stanton, authorities said.
Just before noon on Friday, April 30, firefighters were called to a fire in the 11800 block of Beach Boulevard, said Greg Barta of the Orange County Fire Authority.
Once the blaze was out, firefighters searched the building and found the person dead inside. Fiire Authorities on Monday, May 3, did not have more information about the individual.
The investigation into what sparked the blaze was ongoing.
