1 man shot and wounded by Anaheim police and a second person is sought at scene

A man was shot and wounded by Anaheim police Monday morning, Nov. 9, and another person was being sought near the scene, police said.
The shooting happened just before 6 a.m. in the 100 block of North Syracuse Street, Anaheim Sgt. Shane Carringer said.
